You will report directly to the Senior Project Manager for Transformation Projects, working out of our clients' Yeovil site.

You will help build a strong, diverse team by recruiting talent, identifying and developing successors, driving retention and engagement, and fostering an inclusive culture.

You will have full accountability for the day-to-day performance of the business, leading from the front to deliver strong sales, controlled costs, and a positive team culture. Key responsibilities include: Full P&L responsibility, driving revenue and margin performance

You will ideally have: Previous experience as a General Manager.

You will act as a central point of coordination, maintaining clear communication with clients, internal teams and the wider supply chain throughout.

You will play a vital part in supporting the project management team by producing accurate cost estimates, budgets, quotations and tender returns that underpin successful project delivery.

You will be able to influence at a senior level, inspire others to follow your lead, and manage multiple projects simultaneously across the four strategic focus areas of Attraction & Recruitment, Development & Inclusive Culture, and Influence & Industry. Strong stakeholder management skills are essential, both internally and with external partners who support delivery of the strategy.
