senior drainage engineer jobs in Reading

You will be based in the Reading office, working closely with a specialist drainage and water team while contributing to projects across the South East and wider UK. The workload spans developments from small infill sites through to major residential schemes of up to 10,000 homes, supporting both public and private sector clients wherever their projects are located.

You will ideally have:

You will be required on-site and in the office 2-3 days a week. Working hours: 36 hours a week, Monday to Friday. What you should bring to the role - Proven experience in LV, MV, and HV systems within utilities (water, energy, power). - Engineering HNC or HND / Degree within an Engineering Discipline.

You will need to obtain and maintain the necessary security clearance for the role. This will be funded by AWE. The nature of our work does mean you need to be a British Citizen who has been resident in the UK for the past 5 years in order to apply for SC clearance and 10 years for DV.
