You will manage relationships with important stakeholders including MPs, councillors, the Housing Ombudsman Service and local authorities.

You will lead by example and be confident in your ability to diagnose repairs and specify remedial works using the NHF schedule of rates.

You will play a key role in shaping how bids are managed, improving efficiency, and supporting stronger win rates across the business.
