You should have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care to join us as a Senior Care Assistant. We'll also need to see that you have specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly. We're looking for people who are warm-hearted, compassionate and committed to giving each resident individualised care and support.

You will work across the business with the sales team and various subject matter experts to ensure that the business are producing professional, risk aware and secure tender responses while upholding governance and company policies.

You will also be providing mentorship and coordination to the wider team and deputize the Head of Bids in leadership meetings and in their absence.

You will have worked in a policy environment before and be ready for the challenge that the emerging Local Plan making system offers.

You will have an opportunity to work in a team with a strong track record of delivering sound plans. The role is suitable for a blended working approach and allowing someone to split their working time between County Hall in Beverley and their home base.
