You will be part of a supportive and established team dedicated to achieving positive outcomes for looked after children and care leavers. Key Responsibilities: - Manage a caseload of young people aged 16-18 within the Children in Care pathway. - Undertake statutory visits, reviews, and care planning in line with legislation and local procedures.

You will work closely with hardware, systems, verification, and regulatory teams, playing a central role in delivering products for hospitals, critical care wards, and frontline clinical environments. This is a key role within a growing medical device organisation, where your decisions will directly influence both product performance and patient outcomes.

You must be able to connect with individuals on a deep level, providing them with customised care, and helping them achieve their individual goals.

You will be assisting individuals with personal hygiene, grooming and dressing, empowering them to feel confident and comfortable in their own skin.

You will help to create a warm, stimulating environment whilst working a mix of day shifts and sleeps to meet individual needs. You'll do more than provide care – you'll be a mentor, advocate, and source of encouragement, helping the people you support to achieve their own individual outcomes.

You will manage a complex caseload independently and efficiently, ensuring that each case receives the attention it deserves. Your support will be crucial for individuals and families transitioning from hospital to community care, helping them navigate this critical period with ease.

You will also have access to a 24 hour helpline for assistance and support for yourself and next of kin through any of life’s problems.
