You will have a clear route to progress within this highly successful and forward moving firm of accountants.

You will also contribute to strategic pricing decisions and support continuous improvement initiatives within the estimating process. Key Responsibilities:As a Senior Estimator, you will: - Lead Estimating & Cost Planning: Oversee the preparation of detailed cost estimates for large-scale marine projects, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.

You will take full commercial responsibility for the sites including - subcontractor management, financial reporting, cost control, variations and payment recommendations, valuations, identifying risk, CVR reporting, managing budget and final account. Ensure designs are correct, raise and resolve issues.

You will act as the commercial lead for the region, working closely with pre-sales, technical delivery, and vendor partners while helping shape the long-term go-to-market strategy. Initially, this is a hands-on, individual contributor role , with the opportunity to build and lead a regional team as the division grows.

You will then negotiate the contract sum within the budget, including finalising costs to cover all late variations Issue variation orders alongside providing cost advice on any major variations prior to issue.

You will issue revised contract drawings to subcontractors, negotiating the cost of variations.

You will be joining an established and well-respected Tier 1 contractor operating within the water industry.

You will produce accurate and timely estimates for a variety of projects, from one-off schemes to large-scale programmes. Your responsibilities will include: - Supporting bids and contracts with robust pricing and risk management

You will be responsible for preparing Personal, Trust and Estate Tax Returns and Trust year end accounts, delivering a quality compliance service, taking on a portfolio of Tax and Trust administration cases, preparing and submitting annual self-assessment tax returns and computations, preparing documents and performance figures for annual Trustees meetings.

You will hold either of the ACA /ACCA qualifications with a career background in accountancy practice having developed your career to around the qualified senior accountant levels.

You will manage the delivery of wide-ranging services to a varied client portfolio.

You will take a client fronting role overseeing the provision of advisory services across a wide spectrum of personal tax issues, IHT, CGT etc.

You will therefore undertake preparation and review of accounts production for wide ranging sole traders/partnerships, but along with a significant focus on limited companies, along with general taxation work across personal and corporate tax, VAT Returns and bookkeeping help and advice to their clients.

You will develop client relationships, taking on increasing client portfolio and management responsibility, working on wider advisory/business services and delivering wider project work as you develop and carve a career within this firm.
