You will work across all around accounts/tax etc service provision within a growing division of their practice, managing teams and working closely with the Partners as key, right hand support with a clear progression path on offer.

You will work closely alongside Partners, managing a wider team of managerial, qualified and trainee staff developing and growing this team.

You will then negotiate the contract sum within the budget, including finalising costs to cover all late variations

You will issue revised contract drawings to subcontractors, negotiating the cost of variations.

You will agree final accounts with subcontractors, ensuring all works have been carried out as required and analysing costs to assist on future estimates

You will take full commercial responsibility for the sites including - subcontractor management, financial reporting, cost control, variations and payment recommendations, valuations, identifying risk, CVR reporting, managing budget and final account. Ensure designs are correct, raise and resolve issues.
