Senior Programme Coordinator jobs in Worksop

You will lead the investigation, analysis, review and documentation of specific business requirements to propose improvements in people and system processes and the information they provide to drive business value.

You will show a systematic, disciplined and analytical approach to problem solving.

You will provide oversight for LGR planning and transition, aligning our work with the Joint Councils PMO and Joint Councils Programme Director. You'll also provide portfolio visibility across our legacy programmes and projects, helping leaders prioritise and create the headroom we need to deliver the future.

You will be working with passionate colleagues from varied backgrounds, who love what they do and recognise the importance of engaging our service users in group work and empowering them to take control of their own recovery journey. No two days are the same and we treat every person who comes into our service as an individual, so being flexible, curious and a good listener are key.
