You will be joining a well-established and continually growing food manufacturing organisation operating in a fast-paced, short shelf-life FMCG environment.

You will maintain a highly visible and hands-on presence on the production floor, providing guidance, leadership and problem-solving support.

You will assist the Senior Project Manager in the strategic delivery of an effective regional-based Major Adaptations Programme, designing, managing and co-ordinating the delivery of Major Adaptations on-site in line with Occupational Therapists recommendations.

You will take full ownership of all night shift operations, ensuring efficient, safe, and high-quality production while maintaining rigorous food safety and hygiene standards. The manager is the key decision-maker on site during the night, leading the team to meet operational KPIs and foster a culture of continuous improvement and compliance.

You will also have responsibility to run test suites on DTS products. The ideal applicant should have a solid background in test automation and scripting, strong problem-solving abilities, and skill in documenting test cases clearly for customers.

You will collaborate closely with developers, engineers, and product managers to deliver effective test automation solutions.
