You will hold a third-level qualification in Civil or Mechanical Engineering (or a closely related discipline) and have a minimum of 3+ years' experience in a Site Engineer or Site Management role.

You will be self-motivated, technically strong, and capable of managing site activities from early stages through to completion.

You will be responsible for driving projects from early design and planning stages through to construction and handover, ensuring programmes are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with client expectations.

You should be Chartered, or working towards chartership, with APM or RICS (highly desirable).

You will help shape project delivery from concept design through all RIBA/RIAI stages, playing a key role in a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment where technical acumen and design leadership are highly valued.

You will prepare planning submissions, building control documentation, specifications and working drawings, ensuring compliance with NI, ROI and English Building Regulations.
