You will act as a gateway, testing and validating all functionality released from software development from the perspective of a user engineer.

You will be the expert interfacing with our broadcast engineering teams to support the identification and recreation of all bugs, provide workarounds and feed into roadmap, bug fixes and report test results, including defects and issues within a release.

You will collaborate with the rest of the team to maintain a high level of support across multiple BAU activities.

You will perform system configuration changes, upgrades and liaise with third parties and other internal teams. Additionally you will have the opportunity to be involved in a vast array of project-based work, as you will be working closely with the project team.
