You will manage teams of Leads, Engineers, and Technicians often across various locations to ensure commissioning work is executed to meet legal, regulatory and project requirements. People management and leadership are key elements of this role as you will set and approve delivery plans as well as manage work progress and performance and, where appropriate, take the necessary corrective actions.

The core working hours of the service are Mon to Fri but the post holder will be included on a rota to cover late shifts, weekend working and bank holidays.
