You will lead an established Test Engineering organisation and play a key role in improving the consistency, effectiveness, and scalability of testing across teams, with a strong focus on quality outcomes and customer confidence. This is a player–coach role, requiring you to remain technically hands-on while also developing people, standards, and ways of working.

You will act as an external arm of their clients, liaising with and managing CDMO's, and other key Vendors.

You will be speaking with key stakeholders including C-suite, and VP level, as well as connecting with entry level and specialists within their clients.

You will provide Quality support across the business, ensuring compliance with industry standards and supporting both existing production and new product introduction. The role includes auditing, customer complaint management, supplier quality support and driving continuous improvement.
