Essential Duties and Responsibilities Support the HR Manager UK and the business as appropriate with the implementation of ‘global’ / ‘regional’ and key ‘local’ HR projects and initiatives and strategies across both sites.

You will oversee the delivery of excellent operational services within your area, regularly supervising Deputy Managers, Team Leaders, and/or Senior Support Workers.

You will join us with a QCF Level 5 Adult Management Diploma, or equivalent qualification, or be eligible to complete the Level 5 Diploma

You will become part of a well-established Service Desk team and you will be expected to help them resolve the 2000+ service requests that they receive each month.

You will also have the opportunity to gain exposure to a range of project-based work within infrastructure and software solutions for new and existing clients.

You will have an understanding of E-Learning Portfolios and be extremely passionate about delivering good quality training.

You must have superb time-keeping skills and able to work on your own initiative, prioritising your workload at all times.
