You will undertake a range of statutory tasks including assessments and support planning, risk assessment and risk management and Carers' assessments.

You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team and will support adults, their families, and carers, to balance the complex areas of risk and need with choice and rights.

You will be a role model for best practice, sharing your knowledge, supporting colleagues and students, and contributing to continuous team improvement. The position is based at County Hall, Exeter, offering a flexible hybrid working model with a blend of office and home-based working, covering duty 4-5 days per month as required.

You will already be an experienced Support Worker who wants to take that next step up the career ladder, or in fact a Senior who is looking for a new challenge. If you are passionate about making a positive difference to peoples lives and giving something back, then work for us.

You will be required to: - Work alone and as part of a team supporting people with their day-to-day living - Complete household tasks, meal planning and preparation. - Maintain relationships with family and friends - Support access to the community. - Completing audit and staff supervisions

You must also be over 21 years of age to meet industry regulations - Flexibility to work shifts including weekends, evenings and sleep-in duties on a rota basis - our shifts are 7:30am 11:00pm and sleep-ins 11:30pm 7:30am 2 days on and 4 days off rolling rota (paid at £50 per sleep)
