You must be able to make decisions, act on your own initiative and operate in a pro-active and professional way.

You must be fully conversant with the IET Regulations, Building Regulations, BREEAM and the principles of sustainable and low carbon design and be competent with electrical engineering calculations (Amtech/Trimble, Relux, etc).

You will join a leading defence and national security consultancy, working on software for products in the RF communication and sensors domain.

You will be responsible for the detailed design, implementation and testing of components of the product software, working with an agile team.

You will design, implement, and test software components within an agile environment in the RF communication and sensors domain. The role offers flexibility in focusing on either Modern UI design or Embedded software development. A competitive salary of £60,000 to £80,000 is accompanied by flexible benefits covering health, savings, and well-being.

You will design, simulate, and develop RF and analogue circuits for critical applications while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Ideal candidates will hold a degree in Electronics Engineering and possess proven experience in RF system design, RF simulation tools, and hands-on experience with RF test equipment.

You will be working on fabrication technologies for radically novel optical fibers, including glass preform manufacture, optical fiber drawing and associated processes.
