You will progress into the go-to, technical expert in the company. This role would suit an engineer with a background in UPS & Generator Systems looking to progress to the next level whilst working for an expanding company that offer great benefits and plenty of overtime.

You will advise our customers on their sales applications and demonstrate our solutions and expertise for these applications in our lab or directly at the customer's site.

You will travel approximately two to three days per week to customers, suppliers, and other Nordson EFD locations, primarily in the UK, Ireland, Nordics and by exception supporting in Europe.

You will work closely with the Team Lead to ensure our clients' infrastructure is aligned with best practices and modern standards.

You will develop and maintain relationships that our clients put trust in to deliver the solutions that their organisations need, while providing expertise-in-depth to the Service Team who escalate faults to you for resolution.

You will also manage the technical service escalation queries and processes via online and system portals

You will become a vital member of the technical service team to ensure that technical customer service care is high quality for all local business partners and end customers
