You will survey, scope and manage a team of Trades involved in the restoration and reinstatement of properties in London and surrounding areas (south of the River). This is a hybrid role, a driving licence is essential and you must be willing to travel.

The Manager will oversee property operations, manage a team of negotiators, conduct valuations, and collaborate with senior management, using in-house systems.

You will be reporting at a senior level to directors. Experience working on JCT Design & Build Contracts is essential for this position. Desirable Experience:Minimum 10 years+ experience as a Quantity Surveyor working for Main Contractors. Excellent knowledge of JCT Design & Build Contracts.
