You must be willing to get your hands dirty in a heavy plant environment and not be averse to training and developing your skills. If youre qualified in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or freshly out of an apprenticeship and have experience in any of the following, please apply; welding, bearings, shafts, lathes, mills, motors, pumps, belts, chain drives etc.

You will also take part in continuous improvement, support project activity, and help drive long-term reliability across the site.

You will be based at our Oswestry Packaging site in Shropshire, working a3-on 3-off shift pattern (days & nights, 66).

You will hold an NVQ, City & Guilds, HNC, apprenticeship, or equivalent experience gained in a fast-paced engineering setting.

You will work directly with the founder to take prototypes into real venues and turn them into a reliable, scalable product.

You will work across hardware, firmware, manufacturing, and real-world installs. One day you might be debugging a hardware or firmware issue, the next you could be installing a system, running a live demo, or speaking with a brewery about improvements.
