You will learn to apply engineering principles to all stages of the electronics hardware development process from requirements through analysis and design, development, implementation, integration and verification.

You will spend the first 10 months at IPS International learning Electronics, Bench fitting, CAD, Soldering, Inspection and Project related tasks in order to give you the necessary skills to be successful when you return to site. In year 2 you will rotate through a range of different departments including an Engineering function, Operations and several others to find out what work suits you best.
