You will be responsible for the leadership of day to day activities of Road Safety and Traffic Management within the Network service.

You will also lead on traffic management and parking issues including the council's scheme for Disabled Persons' Parking Places. This is a senior role within the service and has a high profile with customers and elected members.

You will play a key role in ensuring compliance, safety, and system reliability across customer sites. Key Responsibilities - Carry out routine PPM in line with scheduled tasks and industry standards. - Respond effectively to reactive maintenance calls, breakdowns, and emergency situations.

You will be responsible for investigating and resolving customer queries, ensuring customers feel listened to, informed, and supported throughout their journey.

You will also be comfortable using technology, particularly Microsoft Office, including Excel, and confident building positive relationships both internally and externally.
