You will work closely with Operations, Pre‑Contract, Commercial, HS&W, Quality and Customer Strategy to ensure design and engineering excellence is embedded across bids, projects and operational delivery.

You will cover a local region to you, servicing and technical fault finding and fixing of domestic boilers and ASHP's in peoples homes. This is a new position due to increased investment in providing increased customer service and warranty cover. Daily jobs and routes are efficiently planned, with any extra parts or tools delivered the early evening before.

You will be an integral part of the housekeeping team at Thornford Park a service for adults detained under the Mental Health Act, where you will be responsible for cleaning all areas of the service, including wards, office spaces, bedrooms and visitors area.
