Service Desk Analyst jobs

You will lead on troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, maintaining IT systems, and ensuring all users receive timely and effective assistance. Youll work closely with the Head of IT to make sure we are getting the most out of our internal and telephony systems.

You will support the overall efficiency of the order-to-cash function which involves leveraging bespoke systems to assess and rate customer activity prior to billing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and optimal cash flow.

You will play a key role in coaching and guiding the billing analysts through non-standard processes and escalations to ensure an effective outcome.
