You will be responsible for the leadership and management of two supported living services, supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs. This role offers the opportunity to make a real, positive impact, while leading services that promote independence, dignity, and community inclusion.

You will work closely with Social Workers and partner agencies to help improve outcomes for children and promote their safety, wellbeing and development.

You must also be able to travel across the borough and work flexibly, including occasional evenings and weekends to meet service needs.

You will be based across 2 of our services, our Day Centre provides support to up to 20 people, and our Hub provides support to 8 people. No two days will be the same at this service as we support our service users to follow their passions and engage in a range of activities including: arts and crafts, quizzes, board games, pool, and many more!

You will be responsible for maintaining/repairing various types of lifts across several different sectors of industry. Route management and planning skills are essential. Responsible for full route ownership of all breakdowns/servicing and planned repairs. Working autonomously and within a team as required.

You will be working on a plan with midwifery, health and adults to prevent the risks of repeated removals of children and effect real change. This role will be case managing referred women (and partners) and supporting them to effect changes and engage with the pre-birth assessment.

You will be required to report to our service team with the following responsibilities: - Service and repair of vast range of electric powered trucks and lifting equipment - Advanced fault finding, diagnostics - Provide timely and detailed service reports - Follow all company's procedures and protocols
