You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of equipment at customer sites, ensuring a high standard of service and minimal downtime. Key Responsibilities - Carry out field-based service, maintenance and repair of electro-mechanical and/or electronic equipment

You must be able to work on your own initiative as part of a small team, making on the spot decisions as required and working to tight deadlines. A flexible attitude is essential, as you will be required to undertake other duties to assist the team in meeting its objectives.

You will become part of a well-established Service Desk team and you will be expected to help them resolve the 2000+ service requests that they receive each month.

You will also have the opportunity to gain exposure to a range of project-based work within infrastructure and software solutions for new and existing clients.

You will have demonstrable experience working within the health, social care, criminal justice or other specialist setting, or a clear motivation for wanting to work in the drug and alcohol sector.

You will be highly organised, have excellent communication skills, and be able to manage your time effectively.
