You will supervise a multi-disciplinary maintenance team and specialist service partners, ensuring the effective delivery of PPMs, reactive maintenance, and lifecycle works. Working closely with Trust stakeholders, contractors, and internal management, you will play a critical role in maintaining a safe, compliant, and fully operational healthcare facility.

You will be working for an engineering company owned and run by Engineers.

You will be In the office one day per week, on average, with almost no weekend work and there is typically 2 weeks a year working worldwide as required.

You will assist with preparing project documentation, managing design team coordination, attending client and contractor meetings, and supporting contract administration under JCT forms.

You will work across multiple schemes at any one time, gaining valuable experience in delivering high-profile residential and hospitality projects across the region.

You will work across a designated area in the Birmingham area, ensuring compliance with electrical safety regulations while completing high-quality work for tenants and clients. The Electrician will be:Completing EICR testing within occupied social housing properties. Carrying out additional electrical works including remedials, upgrades and general repairs.

You will be expected to be take a flexible approach and potentially could be expected to commute outside of your specified borough. This commute would be covered within our Milage rate within our policy. Salary: Starting salary £(phone number removed) per Annum.
