You will have demonstrated successful delivery of training and recruitment for kitchen teams including Apprentices, KPs, Chefs, Junior Sous Chefs and Sous Chefs.

You will be reporting directly to one of the Assistant Operations Managers.

You will have direct engagement with customers, including potentially dealing with difficult situations or aggressive customers.

You will assist facility users with the separation and deposit of their waste, encouraging the general public to recycle as much of their waste as possible.

You will also be liaising directly with customers so a perfect role for a natural people-person. So, if you have excellent attention to detail, have experience of working within a customer facing role and fancy a new challenge – then we might be looking for you!
