You will be joining a globally recognised company, who are market leaders within their field, carrying out site surveys and installations, maintenance and remote support, repairs and upgrades of their bespoke medical devices. Initially you will complete training in two international locations to familiarise yourself with their equipment and processes.

You will be required to work 3 x 10-hour shifts per week, totalling 30 hours per week, these hours can fall any times between 6am and 10pm, Monday to Sunday and the hours will be allocated to you by our resource planner 3-weeks in advance rolling.

You will also ensure to update and maintain all relevant administration records.

You will manage the HRD team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and driving improvements in training processes. The ideal candidate has significant experience in training and development with strong leadership skills.
