You will be required to: - Work alone and as part of a team supporting people with Learning Disabilities.

You will have a person-centred approach to supporting people with their day-to-day living in order to provide a caring, safe and effective service that is responsive to the needs of the people we support.

You will be responsible for supervising care delivery, ensuring safety, and supporting service users to lead as ordinary a life as possible. Flexibility is key as shifts include weekends, bank holidays, and potential sleep-ins. Key Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day delivery of care and household activities

You will take personal responsibility for continuing professional development and maintaining performance levels.

You will manage your time effectively and respond flexibly to service needs.

You will put the person at the heart of the assessment and involve their families, friends, and communities around them to help improve their lives and help them meet their goals.

You will work in Supported Living Services which provide 24 hour care and support to adults with learning disabilities. The role involves providing day to day support with daily living tasks, activities and making full use of community opportunities.
