You will be Installing, commissioning, setting up and testing water filtration systems on sewage sites

You will carry out site inspections and fault finding and compile survey reports for quotation purposes

You will be required to access and interpret technical instructions using mobile electronic equipment

You will be working on the hydraulics of the system covering the material selections, the construction of pipelines, operation condition, and energy consumption.

You will be based at Raynesway in Derby, the heart of our operating patch.

You will expand your knowledge of project and people management, including learning how to effectively manage and influence stakeholders.

You will be part of a dedicated team delivering a compassionate, high-quality and compliant service that supports people to move towards independence, wellbeing and long-term stability. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver a high-quality, person-centred supported housing service

You will support young people with daily routines, maintain accurate recording and reporting, and complete essential home and young person paperwork.

You will learn to complete risk assessments, care plans and document checks.

You will regularly lead shifts, complete weekly home checks, support managers, deputies and senior staff, and occasionally assist other homes in a shift-leading capacity.

You must ensure that safeguarding underpins every aspect of your practice, and that the safety of each Young Person in the Company’s care is paramount.

You must report any practice that may put a young person at risk immediately to your line manager, or higher if appropriate.

You will be positively supporting people by providing holistic support including personal care, medication administration, integration into the local community and managing their anxieties, which they may communicate through distressing behaviour. No experience is necessary, so don't worry if you don't think you know enough about how to support adults with autism.

You will be working with young people aged 11 to 18 who have been placed into the care system for numerous reasons with an array of disorders, behaviours and needs and therefore require individuals who have the confidence, patience and skill set to successfully work with these young people and make a positive impact on their lives.
