You will understand fully the work streams for each client within your team ensuring that SLAs are adhered to and service provision expectations are met

You will also ensure that rate cards are accurately maintained and validate all billing at month end • Provide advice and assistance to customers on products, services, design and production methods.

You will have significant commercial experience in the printing industry

You will have the market insight to provide a consulting service to major clients.

You must then be capable of continuing to grow the account after securing initial business. Solution selling is also crucial – using Q&A skills to fully explore and uncover any client issues, to propose fully thought through and costed ideas that are fit for the client.
