You will have experience managing projects from start to finish. Able to create a plan of action which will be considered a fixed timeline and evaluate risks, able to manage people and be an effective communicator

You will also be required to participate in an on-call rota (once trained) to support the team and the customer. This is subject to an on-call payment and additional payment for hours worked.

You will work a variety of shifts Monday - Sunday between 8am and 8pm, always having two days off a week. Are you an experienced Customer Service Professional who is passionate about providing an excellent service?
