You should be a qualified Builder (qualifications in either of the following trades, roofing, plastering or bricklayer) and should be capable of providing a high quality of building service across all our properties.

You should be passionate about customer care, Health and Safety and take pride in the quality of your workmanship.

You will drive forward transformational change and innovation, support collaborative working within a one-Council approach, and work to support the financial stability of the Council and address future challenges.

You should be educated to degree standard or equivalent.

You will carry out general and specialised work including repairs, troubleshooting and fault‐finding activities ensuring our wind turbines continue to achieve a high level of availability.

You will be Mechanical or Electrical trained through time‐served or a technical college qualification which should be at least NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
