You will be the Registered Manager for two Ofsted registered solo occupancy children’s residential care homes focused on providing support for children with learning disabilities

You will lead a team of directly employed staff, we do not use any temporary agency staff across any of our homes.

You will also be responsible for overseeing the progression team and team leader, ensuring KPIs are met, and driving continuous improvements across the board.
