You will be a visible and approachable leader, passionate about creating a culture where safety and environmental excellence are at the heart of operations. With strong influencing and communication skills, you will empower teams to take ownership of HSE and drive continuous improvement.

You will act as the senior escalation point for complex technical or commercial challenges, while working closely with senior leadership to improve performance, reporting, and contractor engagement. This role offers genuine autonomy, strategic input, and long-term progression within a growing organisation.

You will oversee design output, drawings and BOMs.

You will have responsibility of dealing with customers and maintaining engineering standards. The ideal candidate will have come from a Mechanical Engineering background and be capable of 3D CAD Design preferably Solidworks and someone who wants to have a hands on engineering role.

You will be a key support for the General Manager, taking the helm when they are not around and taking the lead on some areas of the business. - Take ownership of problems and be commercially aware.

You will have previous leadership experience within hospitality or retail and be keen to learn and grow in your role
