You will engage and motivate the team, and make sure they have what they need to do an amazing job. We serve our customers across a number of different channels; in-shop, delivery, Click + Collect and drive thru. You'll lead the way in making sure customers have a brilliant experience when shopping with us - whether they order in store or order their food online.

You will also be required to be registered with SSSC and it is your professional responsibility to ensure that you meet the standards and criteria for registration. You will have overall responsibility for the supervision/management of a health visiting caseload, being accountable for the quality of care delivered through robust assessment, referral and communication processes and implementation of evidence-based practice interventions to address need.

You will also be covering Phototherapy, Topical treatments, Patch testing and assisting with Surgical sessions.

You will also work within the nursing and multi-professional team to ensure a high standard of person-centred care within the wide variety of both Consultant and nurse led clinics.

You will also play a large role in the administrative tasks that ensure the department runs smoothly.

You will need to be an excellent communicator with proven interpersonal skills and the ability to put patients at ease.

You will having previous experience working in a health care environment, ideally in a rehabilitation setting, and have a passion for the speciality.

You will be a First Level Registered Nurse trained in general nursing or adult nursing or a Registered Operating Department Practitioner.

You will be supported in post-registration education by the Perioperative Education Teams and will have access to training and education pertinent to the job.
