You will play a crucial role in ensuring equipment reliability, taking charge of reactive repairs, preventive maintenance activities, and fostering continuous improvement in our around-the-clock operations. You will work a 4-on/4-off shift pattern (Monday to Sunday)

You will ensure that telephone calls are handled promptly, efficiently and meet our call and quality targets.
