You will play a key role in maintaining and improving site operations, supporting breakdowns, and completing preventative maintenance (PPM/TPM) to agreed standards. The role involves working with electrical, mechanical, and PLC-controlled machinery in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

You will lead a sizeable engineering team within a large, complex site that operates end-to-end processes.

You will also be involved in CapEx projects, giving you the scope to deliver lasting improvements.
