You will engage and motivate the team, and make sure they have what they need to do an amazing job. We serve our customers across a number of different channels; in-shop, delivery, Click + Collect and drive thru. You'll lead the way in making sure customers have a brilliant experience when shopping with us - whether they order in store or order their food online.

You will provide tailored care, assist with personal tasks, and help ensure each client can live comfortably at home. A full UK driving licence and a compassionate attitude are essential. The role offers flexible hours and includes comprehensive training, support, and career development opportunities.

You will work flexible day or night shifts supporting the physical and emotional needs of residents. Responsibilities include personal care and assisting with daily activities. You must hold a full Driving License.

You will be required to clock in and out using your smart phone via our RAS Dashboard.

You will work as part of a team led by a Team Manager or Store Management

You must have a 'can do' attitude and be able to work long shifts where required.

You must be Female for this role Experience within the care industry, ICSe or equivalent essential Previous experience Supporting people with Mental Health Conditions, Complex Care needs and Challenging Behaviours.
