You will be client and results focused, understand the key inputs for your contract and ensure commitments are delivered with the right quality and in a timely fashion and without compromise Main Duties & Responsibilities Appropriate contract level oversight of the activities of business or technical support or operations.

You will build high-performing teams, refine and embed service delivery processes, and ensure that service levels and KPIs are consistently achieved. You'll also champion our ITIL framework, take ownership of critical IT processes, and oversee service transition for new technologies and services.

You will demonstrate leadership in identifying areas for improvement, handling challenges calmly, and proposing actionable solutions. The role requires an individual comfortable working with some oversight while owning scope and delivering value to stakeholders. ResponsibilitiesManage projects across their lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
