You will engage and motivate the team, and make sure they have what they need to do an amazing job. You'll lead the way in making sure customers have a brilliant experience when shopping with us - whether they order in store or order their food online.

You will be responsible for the Pan-Wales tactical management of capacity related issues and adjustment of plans on a shift by shift basis that influence the safe and effective delivery of patient care across the Emergency and Unscheduled Care System within the pre and in hospital environment.
