You will lead and motivate a team of operatives, promoting a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Collaboration with Quality Control, Maintenance, and Dispatch teams will be key to ensuring smooth and effective operations.

You will have proven supervisory experience within a food manufacturing environment, coupled with strong leadership and people management skills.

You will engage and motivate the team, and make sure they have what they need to do an amazing job. We serve our customers across a number of different channels; in-shop, delivery, Click + Collect and drive thru. You'll lead the way in making sure customers have a brilliant experience when shopping with us - whether they order in store or order their food online.

You will benefit from our industry leading training, which all our Evidence Processing Assistant’s receive.

You will also need to hold a Full Clean UK Driving License (to include manual vehicles).
