You will lead, coach and develop a shift-based engineering team while remaining actively involved in maintenance, breakdown response, fabrication and improvement work. You'll play a key role in improving equipment reliability, reducing downtime and building a high-performance, safety-first culture.

You will have the opportunity to progress to an Assistant Managers level within Honest.

You will be the perfect link between the floor team and management, working closely with your General and Assistant Manager you will be supporting in managing everything from standards and efficiency to your teams happiness.

You will work under the direction of the full time Risk & Compliance/ Profit Protection team & Delaware North Operational team being responsible for the delivery of required work activities. This role is offered on a casual worker agreement basis, with most events taking place at weekends and/or in the evening.

You will have the scope of opportunity to innovate and introduce solutions, to create continuous improvements into existing processes. You do not need to have a background in the water industry, we welcome applications from candidates outside of the sector, bringing fresh perspectives and ideas.

You will be expected to have experience of working on projects at all stages of design life, including process modelling, mass balances, P&IDs, control philosophies and process trouble shooting.

You will contribute to the teams’ digital delivery strategy to provide solutions, advice and successful project outcomes for out clients.

You will report directly to the Commissioning Manager and will be managing all commissioning activities ensuring work is undertaken safely in accordance with Company Procedures, specifications, and good working practices. Key responsibilities will include: Carry out Commissioning Engineers R&R’s and deliver schemes in a safe compliant manner.
