You will be the “Responsible Person” on site. Key Responsibilities - Closely monitor all areas of the day to day process operations ensuring it is carried out to the highest standard - Ensure production levels are maintained to meet business needs, balancing sales and output through liaising with Commercial Teams

You will engage and motivate the team, and make sure they have what they need to do an amazing job. We serve our customers across a number of different channels; in-shop, delivery, Click + Collect and drive thru. You'll lead the way in making sure customers have a brilliant experience when shopping with us - whether they order in store or order their food online.

You will directly lead, coach and inspire all team members on your shift to ensure they provide total customer satisfaction and a great product at all times. We’ll give you the knowledge and skills for this role if you can provide the determination and attitude to become an inspiring leader.
