You will act as a key link between factory teams, central functions, customers and external bodies, driving quality excellence and ensuring our systems, standards and culture consistently meet business, customer and regulatory expectations.

You will lead internal audit activity, support external and customer audits, and ensure strong governance of HACCP, TACCP and GMP across the site.

You will be an integral part of your team, ensure the factory is kept up and running to its highest capacity, and work as part of a well-regarded, focused maintenance team.

You must hold a minimum L3 qualification in an engineering discipline or be time served. Candidates from an FMCG/food background would be highly desirable, however, we will consider candidates from other backgrounds.
