You will complete tool servicing and basic repairs, providing timely and high‐quality work while operating and maintaining Toolroom equipment. A primary part of your role involves diligently executing tasks, maintaining accurate documentation, and strictly prioritizing health, safety, and product quality in all your activities.

You will be required to: - Day to day implementation of individual support plans and activities within a challenging environment. - Maintain effective communication and liaison with service users, families and others whilst respecting appropriate confidentiality. - Support service users with the preparation of Meals, Laundry duties, cleaning and social events.

You will also be in charge of supporting the Home Admin Manager with a variety of administrative tasks, such as; answering enquiries, responding to emails, and postal duties.

You will have excellent customer service, communication and IT skills, ideally Microsoft Office, together with an eye for detail.
