About the role Join us as a Shop Manager and you’ll lead and motivate your team to deliver fast and friendly service to our customers.We serve our customers across a number of different channels; in-shop, delivery, Click + Collect and drive thru. You will work 39 hours per week and support out of hours callout on a rota basis (with an additional payment). Hours of work are 8:00am-4:30pm Monday to Thursday and 8:00am-3:30pm on Friday.

You will be asked to provide proof of essential qualifications and a basic DBS check is required for this role, this will be paid for by The Guinness Partnership.

You will lead operations across multiple sites as a key member of the Operations Leadership Team, ensuring customer needs and business objectives are met

You will drive an active safety agenda, engage with Branch Safety Committees, and foster a culture of zero lost-time accidents and ultimately no accident book entries

You will be responsible for the management & direction of the Womenswear Clothing business in line with agreed objectives.

You will drive development to align to the retailers and their needs.
