You will help deliver a first-class customer service through agreed KPIs that maximise vehicle, equipment and manpower utilisation within a targeted budget whilst maintaining service requirements of work allocated to the resource pool.

You will coordinate projects, manage health and safety procedures, and ensure work is completed to the highest standards. Key responsibilities include: Health & Safety Documentation: Produce and issue required safety documentation (training provided) Material Ordering: Ensure that materials are ordered and available for all projects

You will spend 50% of your time off the tools, focusing on leadership / supervisory duties, with the flexibility to assist with hands-on PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive maintenance tasks when necessary. Key Responsibilities: * Lead and manage the day-to-day activities of a team of engineers and contractors, ensuring all tasks are completed to a high standard.

You will work within the standards provided in the OFG Occupational Therapy Ways of Working.
