You will be installing, commissioning, and maintaining advanced onboard systems including machine-vision cameras, laser measurement systems, thermal sensors, embedded Linux devices, IP networking, and GPS/4G/5G equipment. The role requires confidence working in operational rail environments, secure or restricted sites, and following strict safety procedures.

You will support Engineering Change Requests (ECRs), complete site inspections, undertake design reviews, and advise on compliance with JSP 453, JSP 440, AP 600 and key British Standards. Working closely with RAF site teams, Air SCIDA Engineers and your Telent Area Manager, you will help maintain continuity of operational services while ensuring safe, compliant and secure ICT installations.

You will have level 3 qualifications in engineering or maintenance background. - Has had experience in functional support groups. - Has a proven track record delivering business results. - Has a good track record of negotiation and cooperation with external Service Providers.

You will be working for an engineering company owned and run by Engineers.

You will be In the office one day per week, on average, with almost no weekend work and there is typically 2 weeks a year working worldwide as required.
