You will be field-based, attending customer sites carrying out servicing, maintenance, breakdowns and installations of compressed air systems and associated equipment.

You will work as part of a highly experienced engineering team, reporting into the Service Management team who will plan and allocate your daily workload.

You will be supplied with a company van, credit card and fuel card and travel to local customer sites to install, commission, maintain and repair of equipment.

You will be paid door to door and be given full training on the equipment.

You will drive improvements across the site, deliver capex projects, and manage engineering budgets in line with business objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing engineering team across a 24/7 manufacturing environment - Provide technical leadership ensuring alignment with company goals and customer requirements

You must have impeccable customer service skills and a confident and professional manner in customer facing environments.
